  • Staffing and Retention- high volume recruitment for our technician roles
  • Investigating and responding to employee relations concerns
  • Performance management
  • Compensation and benefit programs
  • Employee engagement
  • Federal and Multi-State Legal ComplianceThe successful candidate must have strong influencing skills and be willing to "roll-up their sleeves" and do a deep dive into field operations in a construction environment to shape and drive cultural change.JOB REQUIREMENTSJob Qualifications - Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources, psychology, management, or other business-related discipline.
    • 1-3 years of exempt level HR experience in a multi-state, multi-unit environment with a significant non-exempt employee population. Strong preference for those with experience in managing a population of "off-site" employees.
    • PHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
    • Valid driver's license, including a MVR record deemed acceptable by the company.
    • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Upon employment, will be subject to random drug testing in compliance with federal, state, local, and company guidelines. Job Qualifications - Characteristics
      • Professional presence, polished written and verbal communication skills, and proven ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of employees.
      • Highly organized, efficient, and goal oriented.
      • Has a passion for meeting staffing goals and skillfully investigating employee relations concerns.
      • Ability to identify employee strengths, mentor and advise supervisors, managers, and directors in the organization to maximize business results.
      • High degree of integrity and commitment to treat people reasonably and with respect is essential.
      • Demonstrated ability to understand key customer's business units, help business units meet goals, and become a trusted business partner.Physical Requirements including but not limited to:
        • Office, Travel, and Remote Work environment requiring the ability to:
        • Stand, walk, and sit for extended period of time
        • National and extensive local travel (car, air, and train.) Travel for this position is expected to be between 50-75%.
        • Significant phone and computer time.
        • Lift up to 15 lbs; carry work materials, equipment, and luggage while traveling.Benefits:
