Job Description:

Aston Carter is seeking individuals for a great opportunity within a large Healthcare Insurance company in New Jersey. The Full-Time Healthcare customer service specialist is to interact with customers/clients to provide information in response to inquiries about products, services and to handle and resolve complaints with incoming calls and e-mails from members on issues pertaining to their Healthcare Insurance Plans. This is a perfect role for team-oriented customer service professionals from all backgrounds who are eager to work for an expanding innovative company.

**MUST be residing in the New Jersey area**

Successful Candidates:

--- Call Center Experience Inbound/Outbound Calls or Office/phones experience

--- Must have completed high school or equivalent

--- Computer and Data-Entry skills

--- 6 months - 1 year of successful combined customer service experience i.e. Retail, restaurant, or Call Center.
