Job Description:

A New Jersey health services organization is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a new Employee Experience Specialist to their staff. In this role, the Employee Experience Specialist will be responsible for carrying out administrative duties in some or all of the following functional areas: departmental development, HRIS, employee relations, training, executive administration, onboarding, and employment.

***This is a hybrid role requiring the qualified professional to work at least 2 days onsite.***

Responsibilities:
The Employee Experience Specialist will:

• Act as the initial contact for employee questions and requests by providing front desk support to department of Human Resources, including: multiple line phone management, message taking and dissemination, walk-ins to the department, managing scheduled appointments to the department, managing the HR email daily
• Help the HR team with the implementation of services, policies, programs, and events
• Compile and analyze key HR metrics (i.e., turnover, vacancy rates, etc.) and create and present recommendations to leadership
• Perform other duties, as needed
  Qualifications:
  
  • 2+ years of Administrative experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Computer savvy
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficient
  • Solid problem solving and time management skills
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communicaiton skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong atteniton o detail
  • Highly organizedDesired Skills:
    • 2+ years of Human Resources experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Human Resources
    • Previous experience in a Healthcare setting
