Job Description:

Bilingual Human Resources Assistant Location: Freehold, NJ Duration: Contract-to-permanent Pay-rate: $18.00/hour

Human Resources Assistant Job Duties:

• Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files, completing agency forms such as unemployment, garnishment forms, etc.
• Process payroll on a weekly basis
• Enter employment data into computer database
• Assist HR supervisor with the hiring process, including applications, I-9's, W-4's, etc. Human Resources Assistant Job Requirements:
  • Proven work experience in office setting is preferred
  • Must be proficient in English and Spanish languages
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • Detail oriented
