The HR Generalist will play a vital role at our client's manufacturing plant. They will handle various tasks such as recruiting new employees, conducting interviews, and assisting with employee onboarding. Additionally, they will oversee employee relations, address concerns or conflicts, and administer company policies and procedures. Their responsibilities also include managing payroll, benefits administration, and fostering a positive work environment. • Post job vacancies, review resumes, and facilitate new hire orientation.
• Address employee concerns.

  • Someone who can be on site five days a week.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures within manufacturing settings.
