Description -SummaryGuardian Life Insurance is seeking a talented Lead Mobile/IOS -Engineer to help design and develop apps for our supported operating systems and -deliver new experiences for our customers. In the Mobile Center of Excellence (MCoE), we design and develop all Guardian's native apps for iOS, iPadOS, -watchOS, macOS, and Android. We also provide guidance and consulting services for any vendor developed apps our affiliates may be providing to their -customers. Our team is seeking a talented Lead Mobile/IOS -Engineer to help design and develop apps for our supported operating systems and -deliver new experiences for our customers. Join us to help bring to fruition your ideas and ours!DescriptionIn this role you will be working on native apps for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS & Android to build compelling user experiences for all our product line's -customers. You will be collaborating with designers, testers, products owners, architects, executives, network engineers, deployment engineers, and -software engineers in a fast paced, technically demanding environment.You Will:Reviewe -software engineer's pull requests and mentoring them on best practices.Write -stories for software engineers to implement, including yourself.Review -upcoming designs to provide feedback on conformance to mobile platform UX patterns.Build -apps for release to internal deployment sites and the App Store/Google Play, including TestFlight and Non-Prod Release Channels.Monitor unit & UI test code coverage and drive higher coverage percentages.Deliver an automated build pipeline for mobile apps.Evaluate cross-platform technologiesEvaluate latest changes to the Apple & Google SDKs and suggest new features -Qualifications -You Have:At least 5+ years of Moble engineering experienceStrong object-oriented programming and design skillsExperience with SWIFT, UIKit, and the iOS SDKs.
