and Twitter.As part of the UI team, you will develop intuitive,
scalable interfaces that help customers manage and monitor ML
workflows effectively. Your work will make complex data processes
accessible, enabling users to focus on what matters. Collaborating
with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers, you will
deliver high-quality UI features that support our mission of
simplifying data-driven innovation.Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality UI features to support product and
engineering teams.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive
project velocity and scale.
- Contribute to building and maintaining a reusable component
library.
- Assist in developing and enhancing our GraphQL API
service.
- Improve reliability through comprehensive testing, including
unit and end-to-end tests.
- Promote and grow the Tecton UI story, helping to set our
platform apart.Qualifications
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS fundamentals.
- Extensive experience with React (or similar UI frameworks),
including hooks, context, and performance optimization.
- Experience shipping user-facing UI and collaborating with
product and backend teams.
- Skilled in working with complex, data-heavy APIs and building
robust data integration layers.
- Experience with component libraries and understanding their
impact on scalability and developer productivity.
- Strong knowledge of web fundamentals, including HTTP requests,
security principles, and browser-server interactions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail in coding, testing, and reviewing.
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable with a willingness to
learn.The estimated US base salary range for this position is
$176,000 - $210,000 annually for employees based within California
& New York. We also offer competitive equity and comprehensive
benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k),
flexible paid time off, holidays, sick leave, and relevant leaves
of absence. Compensation is based on factors such as location,
experience, skills, and role scope.Tecton is a remote-friendly
company with a hybrid work policy for employees in SF, NY, and
Seattle. We value in-person collaboration and expect SF & NY
employees to be in the office at least two days per week, and
Seattle employees at least two days per month.We are committed to
