Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced No-Fault
Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will be
responsible for handling a variety of no-fault insurance claims,
providing legal advice to our claims department, and representing
the company in disputes and litigation. The ideal candidate will
have extensive knowledge of insurance regulations and possess
strong negotiation and litigation skills. Advise and represent the
company in courts or before government agencies. Prepare legal
documentation and evidence for case preparation. Communicate with
opposing counsel and other parties to negotiate settlements.
Research and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for insurance
cases. Review and manage claims to ensure compliance with state
laws. Provide legal support to the insurance claims department.
Prepare and deliver reports and recommendations on resolved and
ongoing cases. Strong understanding of insurance law and no-fault
statutes. Excellent research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in drafting legal documents and preparing cases. Ability
to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. Experience
