SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for an Inhouse Attorney with one of our top financial services clients. This is a hybrid remote role based in Princeton NJ and offers a generous compensation package, excellent growth potential and a strong company culture. The attorney will provide legal advice and support to senior management and all departments within the organization, including the technology department, regulatory department, and business operations department. Summary of Key responsibilities include: Providing legal guidance regarding exchange, SEC, CFTC and FINRA rules Providing legal guidance on crypto and other digital asset trading Providing legal guidance regarding market structure Drafting trading rules and fees and preparing rule filings associated therewith Reviewing new business and technology initiatives for regulatory and compliance impact Qualifications Member in good standing with a state bar 3-7 years relevant legal or compliance experience Crypto experience id required SEC / CFTC / SRO experience a plus Knowledge of financial markets is preferred.
