We are currently seeking dedicated and safety-conscious drivers to join our Bergen County team. As a Via driver, you will play a key role in reshaping public transit, ensuring timely and comfortable travel for our riders while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Safely transport passengers to their destinations using the Via mobile app. Maintain professionalism and top-quality customer service. Follow all regulatory and company safety directives and protocols. Inspect vehicle before and after shifts to ensure operational safety. Manage routes and schedules dynamically, optimizing for efficiency and rider satisfaction. Handle fares and ride transactions through the app interface. Strong driving skills and a clean driving record. Proficiency with GPS devices and smartphone apps. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle situations calmly and courteously. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and nights. Valid state driver's license. Clean driving record. Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
