• Meets and greets each patient/family and visitor presenting to the facility promptly and performs quick registration.
• Screen all patients to include questions about symptoms and exposure risks.
• Accurately verify demographic information and enter patient data.
• Manages the waiting process, acting as a liaison between patients, families and clinical staff.
• Direct and assist patients as needed
• Report and document incidents
• Ensure satisfactory safety standardsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentNo relative experience required; 1-2 years preferred Comfortable working with patientsComfortable cleaning waiting roomsPrevious medical or production experience is a plusComfortable handling biological specimens Ability to accurately identify specimens Experience working in a team environment High level of attention to detailAbility to lift up to 40lbs.
