Job Description:
Dr. Glicker is looking for new team members for her practice,
Purrfurred Veterinary Care in Howell, NJ. Desired applicants are
dedicated and enthusiastic professionals that are encouraged to
have a flexible availability-including mornings, evenings, and
weekends; strong team working skills; self motivation;
multi-tasking abilities; excellent communication skills; and
possesses a strong work ethic. Current position available:
Experienced Vet Tech-responsibilities will include ( but not
limited to ): assisting the doctor during exams diagnostic skills
including collection and processing of blood and urine fecal floats
and reading results taking X-ray images and understanding patient
positioning placing IV catheters, sterilization of surgery packs
responsibilities of prepping the patient for surgery and assisting
the doctor during a surgical procedure answering the
phones/scheduling appointments if reception needs back-up helping
maintain a clean and orderly clinic inventory and ordering clinic
laundry stocking supplies cleaning runs and cages. Salary details
and job benefits are discussed at interview. Employment Type: Full
