Develop and facilitate targeted communication and change
management plans/strategies that align with business leader
objectives and support Guardian's brand standards.
Partner with leadership to create decking for conferences,
presentations, and town hall meetings.
Create team-specific newsletters and videos and review
customer-facing materials to ensure alignment with Guardian's
Simple Language initiative.
- Create and edit customer service forms while ensuring updates
are appropriately vetted with Legal, Compliance and other
As our Business Communications Specialist, you will report to
our Business Communications and Change Management Team Leader, who
reports to our Program Management, Business Communications and
Change Management Director.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
1-5 years of communications or technical writing experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications (Microsoft
Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro)
Experience in forms design (Preferred but not required)
- Strong grasp of business writing fundamentals and an impeccable
attention to detail
