As an Asset Recovery Specialist with Community, you will: * Utilize various tools and techniques to locate company equipment. * Responsible for company asset recovery * Note customer/patient accounts for lost and unrecoverable equipment. * Change status on pickups during recovery. * Time stamp orders to reflect any particular time stipulations. * Maintain the asset recovery activity within tracking data base. * Communicate with patients to negotiate returned asset/equipment. * Abides by all company policies and procedures. * Analyze account status and process or forward information to the appropriate manager or department. * Respond promptly and with necessary detail to all patient inquiries. Always present a calm and professional demeanor, ensuring Community Surgical is represented as a company with 'supreme' customer service. * Competent with internet, various on-line services and other advanced Skip Tracing tools and products. * Ability to perform and complete high volumes of documentation. * Accustomed and familiar with telephonic investigative processes. * Perform various duties as assigned by supervisor or management. Job Requirements: * Display a high level of creative thinking and problem solving. * Must have strong organizational skills, and ability to work with numerous interruptions. * Possess good people skills, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills. * Must be detailed oriented, self-motivated, and neat in person and habits. * Strong MS office skills, must have strong attention to detail, organized and accurate. * Ability to work in a low supervision environment.
