Job Description:

Purchasing Coordinator near Freehold, NJ Temp to hire Responsibilities: Arrange with other departments to ensure production scheduling, production planning, SAP MRP, inventory and purchasing activities. Purchase order requisitions as needed in SAP Gather information on safety stocks in SAP to make sure MRP gives accurate ordering data Sends out New Supplier Set up forms to new vendors and completes setup Analyze and report purchasing/inventory/usage data as needed from SAP Review MRP daily for purchase releases to meet production schedule Maintain new vendor files for ISO procedures. Assist purchasing manager with duties/projects Requirements: 3+ years' experience in purchasing, production scheduling, production planning, inventory. Associate's degree or technical school (2 years' experience) Experience with MS office, and excel. SAP and ERP knowledge Must pay attention to details Strong, multitasking and organization skills
