This is a 1st shift position.Essential Job FunctionsRESPONSIBILITIES:* Routine Tank Farm Maintenance change filters per annual schedule.* Daily inspection of all tanks and valves and reporting on areas of concern.* Maintenance of facility to include paint preparation and painting.* Routine cleanup of Tank Farm building and grounds.* Retrieving materials from main warehouse for use at Tank Farm when required.* Repair/ replace worn valves* Maintain current line identification labeling.* Basic plumbing repairs.* Cleanup of chemical spills utilizing proper PPE's and following established protocols.* Maintain the Tank Farm storage sheds and inventory of stored materials* Basic electrical repairs, this may involve changing of lights, repair or replace outlets.* After completing a project, the Utility Worker must conduct an inspection to ensure the project turned out correctly and is now functioning as expected.* Manage and maintain the Tank Farm tools.* Load/unload chemical deliveries.* Weekly inspection of all eye wash and emergency shower ensuring proper functionality.* Maintain inventory of Tank Farm supplies for clean ups, basic spill kit items.* Other duties as assigned.QualificationsMINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS* Minimum of high school degree or equivalent* Minimum of 1 year manufacturing or Tank Farm experience* Ability to stand and walk for periods of time* Able to work scheduled overtime or shift changes when required* Basic math skill set* Excellent communication skill set (verbal, written, etc.)* Ability to complete all job assigned computer software requirements associated with product requirements* Able to lift up to 50 pounds periodically throughout the manufacturing shift and meet physical requirements of position including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, reaching with both hands/arms, ability to visually inspect productA Career with KIK Offers:KIK offers very competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including health, wellness, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
