System One is searching for an Account Representative for our client in Sea Girt, NJ!

Hours: TBD
Location: Sea Girt, NJ
Pay Rate: $24-$26/hr.
Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Account Representative Job Duties:Manage assigned accounts
Build new customer base
Attempt to revive old accounts that have not been serviced in 5 years
Assist Project Manager to identify and target OEMs to build business partnerships
Consistently communicate with Sales and operations to ensure that everyone is on target with commitments
Participate in meetings as required
Review sales orders for accuracy prior to submitting to the sales department
Provide clients realistic times to receive shipment
Work with operations to ensure orders are given prompt attention and assure customer satisfaction
Communicate to Division Sales Managers information about inventory levels, inventory mix, and inventory holes to assist in having available an adequate inventory to cover current & new orders
Complete all training offered and required, including computer/systems training as well as any procedures & policies
Present required sales reports in a timely manner
Coordinate and work with outside sales reps to meet with customers
Collaborate with credit & accounting department on new customers during initial set-up stage
Assist accounting department on customers with past due invoices
Additional job duties as assigned

Account Representative Job Requirements:Posses excellent oral & written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, phone manners and ability to work with others
Good organizational, planning and time management skills
Proficient computer skills, including comprehensive knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
Bachelor's degree preferred
5-7 years sales experience is favored
Ability to maintain a professional manner, a positive attitude, and a professional appearance when in any contact or interaction with clients/customers, suppliers at all times
Maintain neat and accurate written documentation as required
