Description Follows proper and complete uniform policy and is ready for scheduled shifts. Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions.* Writes order on check and enters order into POS system.* Serves food from the kitchen in a courteous and timely manner.* Observes customers to respond to any additional requests and to determine when the meal has been completed.* Total bill and present to guests.* Cleans, organizes and maintains assigned stations and all services areas prior to, during and after meal time rush.* Applies knowledge of full menu and other information such as Company promotions and events.* Uses suggestive selling techniques to offer food specials, menu items, and other promotions.* Communicates all concerns to management including issues with health, sanitation, staff, inventory and guests. Cross-serves and assists team members as needed. Report any customer concerns directly to management. Completes opening and closing duties in accordance with approved procedures. (See List)* Communicates any health and/or safety concerns/violations immediately to management.* Manage the sale, service and consumption of alcohol in accordance with company policy. Attends Restaurant meetings and training sessions as requested.* Performs other related duties as assigned.by Jobble
