Job Description:
A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Voice of
the Customer and Go To Market Programs Group Solutions Head.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Working closely with partners and solutions leaders
Developing easy-to-use, repeatable, scalable solutions and
go-to-market program
Being responsible for establishing feedback loops across the
partner ecosystem
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of work experience in customer feedback and satisfaction
programs for a software product
Able to automate the collection of data through metrics reporting
and metadata analysis
Provide leadership, strategy, standards, mechanisms, and enablement
for distributed Solution Managers
