Senior Business Development Specialist We are looking for a Senior Business Development Specialist with a rolodex of pre-existing customer relationships within corporate HR departments. We are seeking candidates that have worked with Fortune 2000 companies in recruitment marketing. Specifically, our ideal candidate has worked with HR departments to fill temporary or permanent positions for hourly or salaried employees in any or all of the following verticals: retail, transportation, manufacturing, warehousing, gig economy, food and beverage, hospitality, healthcare, agriculture, administration, customer service representatives and skilled trades. To be successful in this role? you should have previous experience in sales within the staffing and recruitment industry. You will use your communication skills to build relationships, schedule meetings, and close deals. We provide excellent training, but you should also be comfortable/confident being on the phones If you are motivated, results-driven? and enjoy working in a team environment we---d like to meet you Responsibilities: Contacting prospective clients, this includes following up with warmer leads Setting up your own meetings Running online product demonstrations and closing deals Staying up to date with new services/products and plans Entering information into our CRM based on conversations Communicating information to clients Maintaining customer info and records Taking phone calls daily, sending emails, and follow ups Skills and Experience: Required: Pre-existing customer relationships within HR departments at Fortune 2000 companies and experience helping HR departments recruit and hire Experience managing towards sales goals and hitting KPI---s Proven record of achieving quota---s Understanding and analyzing the sales metric system Great negotiation skills Able to suggest ideas and give effective presentations We have full training, but experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, are all a plus Benefits and Compensation: We offer a competitive benefits package including Health Insurance, medical, dental and vision 401k plan 9 Company paid holidays 20 days of accrued Paid Time Off Very competitive salary $ plus an aggressive commission plan Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm In office is preferred but we have some mild flexibility for work from home when needed
