Job DescriptionA well-established plastic surgery practice is looking to add a highly motivated and energetic LPN or Medical Assistant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering high level and individualized patient care.Job Responsibilities: Introduce patients to our medical practice and efficiently prepare them for their visit Extensive phone and in-person communication with patients; reviewing pre-operative and post-operative care Assist with managing consultations, in-office medical procedures, laser procedures and drawing up syringes Use company provided electronics to access medical records, input notes, photos etc. Keeping track of supply inventory and making sure supplies are adequately stocked and up to par with medical standards Familiarizing yourself with surgical procedures, skin care products as well as injectable products Act as a liaison between surgeon and patient; promote surgeon and surgical results Ability to travel between two office locations throughout the week Hand-Hold patients through their surgical decision processQualifications: LPN/MA license in the state of New Jersey with 1-2 years of clinical experience Plastic surgery or dermatology experience preferred, but not required Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills over the telephone, in written communication and in-person Desire to grow with a team and within a company for a long period of time by Jobble
