Job Description:
SummaryBusiness Development is a combination of strategic
analysis, marketing and sales with the objective to grow the
company's business by establishing new partnerships and increasing
sales from existing accounts.The incumbent is responsible for
soliciting and meeting with existing and prospective applicants in
the Bank's trade area. Incumbent must possess strong sales, and
analytic skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
and a thorough knowledge of the mortgage business are required. A
minimum of three years of mortgage experience including secondary
market guidelines is needed. Must be proficient in the use of a
personal computer. Must be licensed, registered and have a clean
record with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) in
accordance with the SAFE Act. Must have a valid and unblemished NJ
Driver's License and be available evenings and weekends.
