-We are currently hiring -Overnight Direct Support Professionals -to assist residents with developmental disabilities with daily living activities in a residential setting. Please be advised that you are required to be awake during your shift. -

Job Responsibilities of an Overnight Direct Support Professional: -

-

• 
  
• Assist and/or supervises in activities of daily living skills -
  
• Administer or assist with prescribed medication
  
• Light housekeeping
  
• Assist with transportation
  
• Assist in the implementation of individual goals and objectives -
  
• Data entry using Therap (EHR)
  
• Assist residents in the pursuit of recreational, social, and community activities based on their preferences and individual plans
  
  
  Job Requirements:

  • HS diploma or equivalent
    
  • A valid driver's license in good standing & must be insurable through NJID's automobile insurance -
    
  • Strong communication skills
