We are currently recruiting for Program Aide to work with adults with developmental disabilities in a day program setting.



Job Responsibilities of a Program Aide:

• 
  
• Provide direct and in-direct assistance to clients attending the Day Program
  
• Assist in the implementation of individual goals and objectives
  
• Support recreational and social activities
  
• Provide appropriate personal care
  
• Assist with daily transportation
  
  
  
  
  Job Requirements:
  
  
  • 
    
  • HS diploma or equivalent
    
  • A valid driver's license in good standing and must be insurable through NJID's automobile insurance
    
  • Strong communication skills
    
    
    NO certification required
