We are a growing company who provides window cleaning services for businesses and residentials. We do not go above 3 stories and most of work is done from the ground level. We have a respectful culture and we service a lot of great customers!

FT & PT, Monday-Friday, Flexibile shedules, PT =3 days a week, 7:30am-4pm. No Weekends or Holidays. Pay scale based on experience, Tips, Commissions. Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401K. Company Vehicle and Uniforms. Room for Advancement

BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION:

• -Clean ground level commercial storefront glass to high quality expectations
• -Average day is 15 to 20 storefronts.
• -Maintain equipment
• -Drive and maintain your own vehicle
• -Meet in Matawan several days per week
  BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
  
  
  • -Be an early riser
  • -Have your own cell phone
  • -Basic organizational skills
  • -Attend office and safety meetings
  • -Handle outdoor weather
  • -Stand on feet all day and use ladders
  • -Have your own vehicle in good & clean condition
    COMPENSATION:
    
    
    • -Percentage performance pay (the more you do, the more you earn)
    • -Average weekly pay is $500 - $700 (Some cleaners make more)
    • -Paid bi-weekly
    • -Extra periodic bonuses!
    • -All uniforms and equipment are supplied! (on loan to you)
      YOU NEED TO HAVE:

        Physical Requirements:
        
        ---Able to stand on feet for long periods of time
        ---Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
        ---Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrist and arms
        ---Able to work with arms above head
        ---Able to bend and squat to ground level
        ---Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 110 degree
        ---Able to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 30 feet

        ---Valid driver's license
        ---Reliable transportation
        ---Liability car insurance
        ---Ability to read a street guide and follow directions
        ---Provide excellent customer service
        ---Write legibly and speak clearly
        ---Able to count money and make change

        Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
