CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure clinic efficiency and positive patient experiences
• Schedule new and current patient appointments
• Screen and refer incoming phone calls and clinic visitors to ensure accurate and positive clinic communication and facilitation
• Verify insurance benefits, prescriptions, and authorizations
• Oversee the collection and reconciliation of required insurance co-payments and patient private payQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
  
  • 1-3 years administrative/office experience in a medical field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner
  • Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task
  • Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience
  • Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations
  • Experience using Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook programs)
