Account Executive - Commercial LinesWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Alera Group. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our insureds, while also developing and implementing insurance programs to meet their unique business needs.Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between our clients and insurance companies to resolve service problems and related issues
• Assist in the development and implementation of insurance programs to suit individual customers' business needs
• Support the marketing of renewals and draft client proposals
• Provide superior customer support and manage customer needs to a successful and timely resolution
• Process endorsements, payroll audits, and other administrative tasks
• Support the processing of claims and ensure appropriate outcomes for our insureds
• Process Non-Pay Cancellations and resolve billing issues
• Perform general miscellaneous tasks as requiredRequirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of Commercial Lines experience preferred
  • NJ Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills
