Are you a hands-on Quality Assurance leader with deep knowledge of USDA and FDA standards, HACCP, and food safety systems? A growing food production company (serving commercial and institutional customers nationwide) is hiring a Quality & Compliance Leader to oversee QA operations at a major processing facility.This is not just a compliance role its a chance to build culture, lead a team, and elevate quality systems in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. What Youll Do: Manage all QA and food safety systems across production Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, GFSI, and customer-specific standards Lead audits and collaborate with regulatory agencies and third-party inspectors Mentor QA staff and engage in cross-functional leadership with operations and HR Own SOPs, SSOPs, HACCP plans, GMP adherence, and team performance Support process improvement and safety across departments What You Bring: BS/BA in Food Science or related field 5+ years of QA leadership experience in food manufacturing (meat/poultry preferred) Deep understanding of USDA inspections, HACCP, FSMA, and related standards Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred Why This Role?
