Job Description:

Join us as a DEI Partner - Data Strategy and External Partnerships within the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) space. In this role, you will drive progress on our multi-year DEI strategy by developing, monitoring, and reporting on key success indicators, addressing assignments, and leveraging data-driven insights to implement impactful interventions. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external partners to identify opportunities and co-create effective solutions.
To be successful as a DEI Partner - Data Strategy and External Partnerships, you should have experience with:

  • Ability to use data-driven insights to solve problems

      This role is based in New York.
      Salary range: $85,000 - $130,000. These figures include only base salary or hourly rate, excluding other benefits.
      Purpose of the role
      To seek out opportunities to improve colleague and business outcomes related to DEI, working with stakeholders at all levels.
      Accountabilities

      • Development and support of progress across DEI agendas.
      • Implementation and embedding of DEI strategy in partnership with DEI councils, business, and ERGs, influencing and building accountability to drive outcomes.
      • Collaborating with other departments to embed DEI in all aspects of the business, across colleague, customer, client, and community lifecycles.
      • Developing monitoring, measuring, and reporting on success indicators, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

        • Advising and influencing decision-making, contributing to policy development, and ensuring operational effectiveness.
        • Leading a team performing complex tasks, setting objectives, coaching, and appraising performance.

        • For individual contributors: leading collaborative assignments, guiding team members, and identifying new directions for projects.
        • Consulting on complex issues and supporting risk mitigation and policy development.

        • Engaging in complex data analysis from multiple sources to solve problems creatively.
        • Communicating complex or sensitive information effectively.
        • Influencing stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
