innovate event marketing strategy for Sparks & 3D, owning all
aspects from ideation to execution—across industry events, custom
activations, and audience-first experiences. This role blends
expert event strategy with business acumen, ensuring every event
both excites our audience and delivers measurable business growth.
Reporting to the Head of Demand Gen/B2B Marketing, you’ll champion
a dynamic approach to experiential marketing that cements Sparks &
3D as leaders in the experiential space. This role is eligible to
work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring 2–3 days per week
in-office based out of Philadelphia, PA or surrounding regions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Event Strategy and Execution
Own the end-to-end event marketing strategy, architecting a
sophisticated calendar aligned with vertical market priorities and
business goals. Design, plan, and deliver unforgettable
audience-centric experiences, including C-suite engagements,
industry sponsorships, thought leadership moments, and virtual
events. Partner with Sales, Strategy, PR, and Marketing Operations,
Event Production to ensure every event ladders up to commercial
objectives and supports pipeline growth. Innovation and Insights
Drive creative excellence and innovation through new event formats,
data-driven personalization, and immersive activations. Leverage
CRM, ABM, and marketing technology tools for real-time adaptation,
engagement tracking, and seamless integration with broader
marketing campaigns. Measurement & Optimization Develop and
implement an event attribution model, utilizing Salesforce for lead
tracking, ROI measurement, and conversion analysis from audience
engagement to qualified opportunity. Manage event budgets and
resources rigorously, optimizing for impact without sacrificing
quality. Team Leadership Mentor and grow junior marketing team
members, fostering a culture of collaboration, agility, and
continuous improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally with PR
agency and external partners to maximize co-marketing and
partnership value. Education & Experience 7 years in B2B event and
vertical marketing; experience leading multi-channel demand gen
campaigns and events across diverse industries. Proven track record
of tying sophisticated event strategies to business
outcomes—driving MQLs, SQLs, and revenue pipeline. Skilled in CRM
systems (Salesforce preferred), marketing attribution, ABM
concepts, and campaign performance analytics. Strong project
management, team leadership, and stakeholder communication. Ability
to create and execute event-driven lead programs and targeted
