Job Summary:The Senior Application Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the design and build of the Hyland OnBase solution. They are primarily responsible for the overall build of the workflows, system configurations, change documentation and support of operations for the application. This person is responsible for the installation and upgrades and the configuration of the application. The Senior Application Analyst assists in the coordination of end-user support activities. The Senior Application Analyst creates the test plans for the application, executes the test plans and supports version upgrades, and documents all test outcomes, including troubleshooting and support. The Senior Application Analyst is responsible for addressing basic user or build issues, recommending mitigation plans and escalating more complex issues.Essential Functions:The Senior Application Analyst is the primary support for Hyland onBase, Brainware applications and Accounts payable application integration. In addition to the duties discussed in the RoleDescription, this person is responsible for the following:

• Executing Application Design and Build:
  • Designing and building the related applications
  • Working with Operations to optimize the design of the applications capabilities and workflows
  • Participating in unit, application, and integrated testing for system functionality
  • Building data fields, screens, templates, and user-defined functionality, as required
  • Following build standards and maintaining synchronization between environments in collaboration with environment team
  • Provide ongoing OnBase technical support. Strong SQL knowledge is required.
    • Application Support:
      • Providing go-live support for users on new applications, including functionality
      • Providing on-call support for application through go-live and post go-live
      • Representing application in Integrated Area Workgroups
      • Supporting continuous documentation of system modifications and updates
        • Documentation and Communication:
          • Maintaining and closing support tickets
          • Communicating with supervisors to determine necessary escalationsJob Requirements:Qualifications & Education
            • Preferred: Bachelor s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
            • Minimum: Associate degree or three (3) or more years of relevant work experienceWork Experience:
              • Atleast Five (5) years of strong Hyland onBase, Brainware and related applications
              • Three (3) plus years of experience in Hyland OnBase Administration
              • Five (5) plus years of experience in Hyland OnBase - Scanner Configuration
              • Five (5) plus years of experience in Hyland OnBase Workflow
              • Atleast Five (5) years of experience in SQL Server; database design, T-SQL, stored procedures
              • Five (5) plus years of experience designing, supporting and troubleshooting Electronic Document Management Systems
              • Prefer atleast one acquisition related project.
              • Strong communication and interpersonal skillsLicenses and Certifications:
