Job Description:
A transportation technology company is searching for a person to
fill their position for a Remote Senior People Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Analyzing data and statistics for trends and patterns
Creating and compiling HR metrics and data from a variety of
sources
Identifying and recommending reasonable short- and long-term goals,
milestones, and benchmarks
Skills and Requirements Include:
At least five years of experience in related areas
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate to advance expertise with Microsoft Excel
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws involving
employment, HR, and HR policies
