Job DescriptionTelehealth Assistant Tech/CNA/Medical Assistant Reports to Regional Director of OperationsThis person will transport, sanitize, and initiate telehealth equipment (ie. mobile devices) in nursing home facilities. You are responsible for ensuring a friendly and seamless patient experience!Requirements:

• Fully COVID vaccinated
• Experience and comfortability with PPE and infection control procedures
• Competency with technology/computers
• Experience in a hospital, skilled nursing, long-term care or assisted living setting HIGHLY recommended
• Valid driver's license and working cell phone
• Must pass criminal background check
  • Availability Monday-Friday, between 9am-5pm (when sessions will be taking place)Responsibilities include:
    • Checking in with identified facility contact
    • Facilitating introduction between patient and clinician
    • Coordination of schedule with clinician
    • Moving tablets/laptop from room to room
    • Maintaining infection control protocols
    • Sanitizing tablets and equipment before and after each session
    • Available 2-5 days a week for no less than 4 hours per day.
    • Willing to drive up to 45 minutes if needed
