$500 HIRING BONUS!!1st Shift 8 am- 5 pm Monday to FridaySalary: $24-$27 per hour based on experience, Willing to Train the right candidate!Bi Weekly BonusCommercial Body and Paint TechnicianJob DescriptionSummary:Disassemble truck or trailer in preparation for paint process, remove vinyl graphics, prepare existing paint surface for fresh paint & graphics. Training provided for body work. Washing unit to PPG specification, masking and assisting in the preparation for paint. Potential for growth and expanded duties in team environment. Training provided for back up truck/trailer painting role. Qualification Requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • High school diploma or GED
• Maintain a safe work environment, achieve productivity goals and be familiar with the quality standard
• Successfully complete CRT test with rating of Medium or higher
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operations manual and written directions (Work Orders)
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices
