Summary of Job Function:Corrects menu in accordance with prescribed diet, maintains updated Computrition Computerized diet office system, and performs professional communication skills in the diet office. Is responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments (i.e. damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles/unsecured areas) and medical errors, etc.Job Qualifications: High School diploma. Hospital experience in food services or nutritional care preferred.
