The inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling
product and services. The Inside Sales Representative will reach
business targets through excellent telephone sales and
communication skills. The individual will also develop his or her
phone-based revenue generation through the creation of sales leads,
initiation of prospect calls, and established rapport with existing
customers. Integrity, Vision and passion are essential for this
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
*Cold-call prospects that are generated by external sources and
*Identify decision makers within the targeted leads to begin sales
*Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Operations to determine
necessary strategic sales approaches.
*Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Director of Sales
*Ensure follow-up by passing leads to Sales Director where
appropriate with calls-to-action, dates, completed profile
information, source in CRM system.
*Assist with creating RFP response to potential clients.
*Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows and
*Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via phone and
email and cross selling and up selling.
*Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into
*Overcome objections from prospects.
*Emphasize product/service feature and benefits, quote prices,
discuss terms and prepare sales order forms.
*Coordinate training as necessary.
*Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
*Communicate brand identity and corporate position.

*Cold-calling experience; preferably 2 to 3 years of direct
cold-calling sales experience.
*Formal sales training a plus.
