You should be a college graduate, and if you were an athlete, even better.* 1-2+ years of professional sales or technical recruiting experience to executive is preferred, but will consider less experienced as well. * Positive attitude, motivation and drive are what this position demands. * Generally interested in technology, with a working knowledge of technical terminology, IE UI/UX, Big Data, Application Development, etc. * Additionally, Pierce is always on the lookout for technical recruiters.Responsibilities* Bring in business by being an aggressive hunter* Maintain and grow personal networks, and professional organizationsBuild trust and credibility with prospects/customers, and contractors* Prospect, build relationships, and close businessExpand Pierce's presence and acquire new customers* Consistently update job knowledge including technologies and sales strategies/skillsLocation Requirements * Located in the NYC region, ideally central NJ, (Holmdel, NJ) and available for customer related travel up to 75% within the tri state region. Compensation* We offer a base salary plus a progressive commission structure.
