Headquartered in New York, London, Bangalore, and Belfast and supporting more than 600 customers across the globe, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team. What Are We Looking For? We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who will play an important role in driving Symphony Talent sales by executing defined telesales campaigns to generate interest in Symphony Talent and to uncover qualified leads. The SDR will also analyze sales territories and proactively work to achieve initial account penetration and awareness in targeted industry segments. Key Responsibilities: * Generate leads and opportunities through outbound, strategic & targeted prospecting into target prospects * Conduct strategic calling to leverage business from new and established relationships * Respond to and qualify both solicited and unsolicited leads * Achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities * Be a trusted member of the core account team and help define the business approach for your specific region and deliver a joint strategy * Be on the forefront of promoting new Symphony Talent products * Conduct public online solution demonstrations according to established schedules * Profile accounts and overcome prospect objections to generate quality opportunities for the Regional Sales teams * Collaborate with marketing and sales on lead quality and conversion * Pipeline/Activity Management Requirements Experience/Skills Needed: * Bachelor's Degree * Experience using a CRM (preferably * 1+ years experience in sales or consultancy background (ideally in the software industry though not a requirement) * Team player and ability to work in a high-energy sales environment * Self-starter. Takes independent action to identify and solve problems. Seeks out relevant information needed to make decisions.
