Job Description:

Sales Representative -Looking for a highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record of success. The Sales Representative Role, within Commercial Lines, is a crucial role to the success of the Commercial Lines Division. The Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting "WARM" leads and turning leads into Capstone customers.Responsibilities & Duties: -

• Become an expert in the products and services Capstone has to offer to our insureds
• Strategically assess client needs and -determine the best option -available -across our carriers -
• Acting on leads -and following a proven sales process - -
• Must be capable of making 80+ calls a day to prequalified prospects -
• Must be familiar with delivering on / -exceeding sales goals and or targets -
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs -and campaigns -
• Track and manage all sales activities in company CRM system - keep information current by updating account information regularly and with appropriate details
• Growing a new book of business and successfully retaining existing customers -
• Preparing and delivering proposals to insuredsQualifications and Skills: -
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with -potential -customers -
  • Detail oriented and organized - tasks, notes, details, etc. must be maintained accurately within our CRM
  • Experience working with underwriting is a plus -
  • Hard working, -disciplined -and coachable -
  • Experience in sales -- strong analytical and strategic negotiation skills -
  • Analytical approach to problem solving -- must be good with quick / basic math - -
  • Competitive spirt with a will to -not just win, but to be the best -
  • A commitment to excellent customer service and building relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills -
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. -
