Job Description:

Aston Carter is currently hiring for customer service representatives to join our healthcare administration team in MANASQUAN, NJ. In this role you will assist employees with changing their benefit plans or providing service regarding existing plans during open enrollment season.What You Will Enjoy:

• Monday-Friday Schedule (no weekends!)
• Gain valuable call center experience and enhance your skills on your resume within a lucrative industry
• Become eligible for additional projects with additional clients throughout the duration of the year
• The top 20% of representatives will be offered an extension past open enrollmentResponsibilities:
  • Taking inbound calls to assist members with their benefits enrollment
  • Log and update all member information accurately
  • Respond and assist with any questions or concerns pertaining to client benefit information
  • Provide customer service and adhere to member identify confidentiality
  • Review enrollment details with member and confirm acceptanceExperience Required:
    • Prior customer service experience required (retail, food service, office/admin, call center)
    • Strong, professional communication skills
