Operations: Oversee all aspects of the sales process, from lead
generation to deal closure. Establish and optimize sales processes,
ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Implement and
manage sales technology tools and CRM systems to drive
productivity. Sales Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze sales
performance data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
Implement data-driven decision-making to continuously improve sales
strategies and tactics. Budget and Resource Management: Manage the
sales budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.
Work with finance to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of
sales revenue. Compliance and Ethics: Ensure that the sales team
operates in compliance with industry regulations and VuMedi's
ethical standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling
high-performing sales teams in the healthcare or technology sector.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics, trends, and
customer needs. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and
problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and
presentation abilities. Experience with sales technology tools and
