will: Lead, train, and develop a growing sales and service team Use
KPIs to coach and guide improvement Build strong client
relationships Identify inefficiencies and remove them quickly
Maintain clarity in a fast-paced environment Use ServiceTitan,
Excel, Teams, and SharePoint Delegate effectively and keep the team
aligned This role is for someone who leads from the front - not the

Schedule Base: $95K-$125K Total Potential: $200K with bonuses &
