Sales Development Representative-Req #1811 Near Brick, NJ Are you looking for a great work/life balance with the potential grow into a career all while having flexibility and a fun work environment? Then this position is a great fit for you. The Sales Development Representative is full time, permanent, and direct hire with our clients. There is a base salary + commission and health benefits. Responsibilities: Required to interact with potential clients (small to medium sized businesses) over the phone. Must create relationships via phone with new Businesses Research potential leads in order to assess who to speak with, potential sales facts, and pain points of customers Comfortable in a fast-paced and active environment This position may require 10% travel to see top clients Qualifications: Bachelor's required 1+ experience working experience Retail or call center experience is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites Physical Requirements: Lift 20+ lbs Ability to stand for long periods of time Other information: Hours for this position are Monday-Friday from 9 am-5 pm EST. This position is Base+ Commission.
