Cafe Spice is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to offering globally inspired, chef-driven meals that uphold the highest standards of safety and quality. As an FSQA Manager, you will ensure that all products meet regulatory, industry, and company quality standards, especially focusing on our specialty in Indian cuisine. You will play a key role in instilling stringent quality measures and processes, ensuring that our culinary offerings continue to delight our customers while adhering to food safety protocols. Develop and implement a comprehensive food safety and quality program, including HACCP, SQF, and other FDA/USDA guidelines. Conduct regular QA audits and maintain meticulous documentation to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Lead cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvements in all aspects of production and packaging. Collaborate with supply chain partners to ensure the quality of raw materials and final products. Manage customer complaint investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Train and supervise QA team members, setting clear goals and standards to ensure operational excellence. Stay abreast of new regulations and industry trends in food safety and quality assurance, and adjust protocols accordingly. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (FDA, USDA, HACCP, SQF) Experience with quality assurance audits and root cause analysis Proficient in data analysis and quality performance metrics Excellent leadership and team management skills Effective communication and training abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified in HACCP SQF Certification preferred
