Job Description Job Description Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Part Time ???? Philadelphia, PA Osage Schedule: Sun & Mon 7am-3pm, Wed-Thur 3pm-11pm Position Summary Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide supervision and hands-on support to individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and behavioral health needs in community-based residential settings. DSPs support daily living skills, community integration, and person-centered goals while ensuring safety and dignity. Prior experience in the residential mental health services field, preferred. Valid driver’s license Subject to employment screenings, including FBI clearance. if applicable.
