comprehensive, multi-service agency supported by certified
professionals, volunteers, and Peer Specialists, delivering
inclusive services for individuals of all ages. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Counselor
located in Philadelphia, PA. The Residential Counselor will assist
individuals in navigating daily activities, support their mental
health and well-being, provide case management, and ensure
adherence to treatment plans. Additional responsibilities include
fostering a supportive environment, facilitating skill development,
maintaining detailed documentation, and collaborating with
interdisciplinary teams to address client needs and goals.
Qualifications Strong grounding in Human Services and a basic
understanding of Psychology concepts Excellent Interpersonal Skills
with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients Experience
or knowledge in Case Management and Mental Health support Ability
to handle sensitive and confidential information with
professionalism Experience in residential settings and crisis
intervention is a plus A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social
Work, or a related field is preferred Proficiency in documentation
and organizational skills
