Job Description:

experienced Systems Engineering Associate Manager to lead our
dynamic team within the Engineering & Architecture department. This
role is pivotal to enhancing our technological capabilities and
ensuring high quality across our projects. Successful candidates

Lead a team of systems engineers in the planning, design, and
implementation of critical engineering projects. Coordinate with
cross-functional teams to ensure system architectures meet
operational requirements and client expectations. Manage project
timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure targets and quality
standards are met. Spearhead the integration and testing of
systems, troubleshooting issues to ensure reliability and
effectiveness. Foster an environment of continuous improvement by
implementing innovative solutions and staying updated with
cutting-edge technologies. Uphold company values, focusing on
ethical standards and inclusivity, while driving team to achieve
excellence. Strong background in systems engineering. Proven
leadership skills and ability to mentor and guide a team. Excellent
project management skills. Proficiency in technical systems,
integration, and problem-solving. Experience with military,
aerospace, or defense projects. Robust communication and
interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management Professional)
certification preferred. INCOSE (International Council on Systems
Engineering) certification is advantageous.
