Sign-on Bonus!Patient First is accepting applications for the
Care Advisor Nurse-Call Center in the following regions: Richmond
VA, Tidewater/Hampton Roads VA, Northern Virginia, Baltimore MD,
King of Prussia PA, and Southern NJ. Patient First provides a

philosophy.The responsibilities of the job include, but are not
limited to, the following:Performing comprehensive telephonic
patient assessment and following all Patient First Policies and
Procedures;Following established clinical protocols/guidelines and
providing appropriate patient instructions according to urgency of
calls;Complete documentation of all communication with patients,
physicians, staff, employer, or insurance companies in the patient
medical record;Uses, protects, and discloses patient Protected
Health Information (PHI) in accordance with Heath Insurance
Portability and Accountability act (HIPAA) standards;Expediting
emergency calls as needed;Helping develop new members of the nurse
call center.Minimum education and professional requirements
include, but are not limited to, the following:High school graduate
or equivalent;State license as a registered nurse in good
standing;Clinical experience with Patient First a plus;Utilization
review and call center experience a plus;Computer skills and
experience with Microsoft Word and Excel (required);Ability to work
in a team-oriented environment that requires strong oral, written
and interpersonal communication, problem solving, facilitation and
